Payment Policies
All payments are non-refundable unless the class or event is cancelled by CDA.
Registration Fee must be paid to reserve your student's spot in the class.
Tuition payments are due on or before the first of each month. (The first tuition payment is due before the student's first class.)
Your account balance will be AUTOMATICALLY charged to your account on file on the first of each month, unless it is paid in advance. You may pay with cash or check before the 1st of the month to avoid your card on file being charged.

In order to drop a class and avoid being charged, notification must be provided IN WRITING to crosbydanceacademy@gmail.com BEFORE the 1st of the month.
CDA reserves the right to drop students with delinquent payments or excessive absences.
Fees
Tuition Late Fee $20 after the 5th of the month.
Returned Check Fee $30
Recital & Costume Package
$180/student
3 payments of $60 each due October 15, November 15, & February 15. These fees will be AUTOMATICALLY charged to your card on file on the due date.
$10 late fee applies to payments made after the 20th.
Additional costumes $85/each.
Payments for additional costumes are split between the October 15 (50%) & November 15 payment (50%).
Students wear their costume at least TWICE - at the recitals in December and June! All costumes include tights. Recital fees for both recitals are included in this packaged fee.
All accounts must be current for students to participate in recitals and other performances.
What's NOT included in our tuition and fees:

extra recital tickets (2 free tickets for each performer included with recital package.)

Receive a $20 account credit when you refer a friend who registers for classes!
(New families only. They must write your name during online registration.

Absences and Make Up Classes
Make up classes are allowed depending on class enrollment and their recital progress. Please contact the office to schedule a makeup class.
Excessive absences before recital are not permitted.
Trial & Drop-In Classes
CDA offers trial classes for $20. If you sign up, we credit the $20 class fee back to your account. It’s like getting your first class free!
You can sign up for trial classes in the Parent Portal.
Drop in classes may be allowed depending on time of year, enrollment, & recital progress. Please contact us if you are interested.
Holidays and Calendar
The 2023-2024 CDA Season begins August 14, 2023 and ends on May 30, 2024.
